Damaged UPS orders: if your UPS order is damaged, keep it in the original container and call UPS, 1-800-742-5877. Pick up and the replacement will be at no additional cost to you.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 2 weeks, at your expense for replacement or reimbursement. To get a credit, the item should be returned in the same condition it was received.
